The Philadelphia Housing Authority is seeking a Staff Auditor II in the Office of Audit and Compliance to conduct financial, compliance, and operational audits across PHA programs, departments, and functions, identifying fraud, waste, and inefficiencies while strengthening internal controls.
Reporting to the Senior Auditor, you will prepare audit work papers, draft reports, and help implement corrective actions.

Reporting to the Senior Auditor, the Staff Auditor II conducts financial, compliance, and operational audits of Philadelphia Housing Authority’s (PHA) programs, departments, and functions to identify fraud, waste, inefficiencies, and abuse. Detects weaknesses in internal PHA controls and develops corrective actions to rectify deficiencies. Performs other related duties.
Salary Range: $61,708.00 - $77,135 annually
Possession of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field AND three or more years of auditing experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work is performed in a standard office environment.
