Job summary

Crowe is hiring for a Staff Auditor in California. You will participate in annual audits, reviews, and compilations for various clients, assist with financial statement prep, and develop technical audit skills.

The role requires 1–2 years of public accounting experience, CPA education, and the ability to multi-task while traveling to client sites. Full-time or seasonal options are available, aligned with Crowe values of care and integrity.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of recent and relevant public accounting external auditing experience.
• Ability to multi-task as engagements may be performed concurrently.
• Education requirement for CPA certification.
• Willingness to work additional hours and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Participating on annual audit, review, and compilation of engagements with a variety of clients.
• Participating in all aspects of financial statement preparation and assisting with the planning of the engagements.
• Performing a large amount of technical work and continuing to develop technical skills.
• Maintaining an exceptional relationship with clients to increase customer happiness and working with client management and staff at all levels to perform audit services.
• Collaborate with audit team to identify and resolve client issues discovered during the audit process.
