Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Staff Attorney to join our Legal Department and help safeguard our business interests. You will draft, review, update, and negotiate client agreements, advise on privacy and data protection matters, and analyze legislative developments to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to deliver practical, business-focused legal guidance while supporting litigation and dispute resolution as needed.

Qualifications

• JD and licensed and in good standing.
• Experience with contract review, employee benefits, or labor law a plus.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, update, and negotiate client agreements for OneDigital.
• Advise on privacy, data protection, and compliance matters.
• Provide legal research on federal and state legislation affecting the business.
• Advise internal stakeholders with business-focused legal guidance.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution for OneDigital matters.
• Collaborate with VP of Legal and Compliance as part of a national team.
