OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Legal Department remotely. You will draft, review, and negotiate client agreements, advise on privacy and data protection, and research regulatory developments to guide business decisions.

This role emphasizes practical, business-focused legal guidance and cross-functional collaboration. You should have a JD and be in good standing, with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Formación

• 2-4 years’ experience with legal research, writing, and document review.
• JD and licensed in good standing.
• Experience in contract review, employee benefits, labor & employment law, bankruptcy, and/or at carrier/broker firm a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, update, and negotiate client agreements for OneDigital.
• Advise on privacy and data protection matters; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide legal research on legislative, regulatory developments; support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on legal matters.
