Job summary

Schlichter Bogard is seeking a Staff Attorney to join our nationally recognized team of trial attorneys. Staff Attorneys manage e-discovery from preservation through review and may assist with memoranda and client outreach.

You will actively participate in hearings, depositions, and trials, and work closely with partners across our practice. The role offers a hybrid schedule with two days in-person at our Chicago or St. Louis offices and three days remote.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Missouri or Illinois or be willing to become licensed in Missouri.
• Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced litigation environments.
• Electronic discovery experience (preferred).

Schlichter Bogard is seeking a Staff Attorney to join our nationally recognized team of trial attorneys. Staff Attorneys are critical members of our team and directly support our prosecution of complex, high-stakes cases on behalf of individual plaintiffs.

Staff Attorneys are primarily responsible for managing e-discovery from preservation through review. They may have responsibility for researching and preparing memoranda on potential cases and/or assisting with client outreach. Staff Attorneys actively participate in preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials, and are closely involved in all other areas of our practice.

LOCATION & HYBRID SCHEDULE:

• Seeking a Staff Attorney to work out of our headquarters in St. Louis, MO or our satellite office in Chicago, IL two days per week
