A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with over3 years of relevant experience tojoin their team in St. Louis, MO. This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of defense cases, providing legal expertise and support under the guidance of senior partners.

Duties

• Manage a diverse portfolio of defense cases from inception through trial.
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, and attend court hearings.
• Prepare detailed status and trial strategy reports for clients.
• Oversee all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories and production requests.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri bar; Illinois license preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive in seeking guidance and solid research abilities.
• Experience in depositions and litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri.
