Job summary

W3Global Inc. in St. Louis, MO, seeks an attorney with 3–5 years of litigation defense experience to join our team.

Candidates must be licensed in Missouri and Illinois, capable of independent work on complex cases, with excellent written and oral communication skills; experience in medical malpractice is preferred. The role involves managing files through the litigation process, conducting investigations, handling discovery, preparing witnesses, and assisting with trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.
• 3–5 years of experience in litigation defense.

• Medical Malpractice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage file throughout litigation process independently and as part of the team.

• Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Review and analyze policies, contracts, and other legal documents.

• Trial preparation and attendance including trial team support and direct and cross examination of witnesses.

A litigation defense firm with over 200 employees, has an opportunity for an attorney with 3 - 5 years of experience and a strong interest in litigation defense in its St. Louis office.

Candidates must be licensed in Missouri and Illinois, have the ability to work independently on complex cases and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Medical Malpractice experience is preferred.
