Job summary

NorthStar Memorial Group's Branam Funeral Home is seeking a Staff Associate to support operations through every stage of the client family life cycle, from the initial meeting with families to final arrangements. You will work with funeral directors on-site during services and arrange conferences, ensuring compassionate service and seamless coordination.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
• Experience handling difficult situations.
• Funeral professional experience preferred.
