Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary in Kaneohe, Hawaii seeks a Staff Associate to join our team. You will assist funeral directors with events, help maintain the facility’s appearance, and provide information to client families with compassion and professionalism.

This role forms the foundation of our support, guiding families before, during, and after loss, with strong local and home-office support and opportunities to grow within the NorthStar Memorial Group family.

• 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.

Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary is looking for a Staff Associate to join our team in Kaneohe, Hawaii where we offer a passionate and purpose-filled work environment. Our Staff Associates are responsible for assisting funeral directors with events, helping to maintain the facility appearance, and providing information in a compassionate and professional manner to our client families. Your work is the foundation of our ability to supply a source of support, guidance, and direction to client families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one. We provide our staff with strong local, regional, and home-office support so that they focus on what matters: serving our client families.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with funeral directors with events held on-site, including services and arrangement conferences

Qualifications

Compensation: $18 - $23/hr.
