Job summary

Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary in Kaneohe, Hawaii, is seeking a Staff Associate to assist funeral directors with on-site events, help prepare memorial spaces, and support families with compassionate, professional service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with funeral directors on events held on-site, including services and arrangement conferences
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with families and vendors
• Always maintain reverence and respect for the deceased
• Assist in preparing the memorial area for the family before services start
• Maintain the appearance of the facilities
• Ensure flowers and memorabilia are returned to families after services
• Answer customer inquiries professionally, by phone or in person
