Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Assistant for the Rushville Treatment and Detention Facility to support clerical and scheduling tasks in a correctional healthcare environment.

This full-time role operates 8am–4pm in Rushville, IL, with a pay rate up to $21 per hour. You will perform clerical duties, prepare and type reports, answer calls, manage filing, schedule manager and offender appointments, prepare movement passes, and handle mail and supplies with attention to accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of electronic testing for Word, Excel and basic clerical tasks.
• Ability to perform clerical duties accurately.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical/technical duties as part of daily office operations.
• Prepares and types reports and correspondence for managers.
• Answers telephone, relays messages and transfers calls as appropriate.
• Develops and maintains filing system for all material.
• Schedules appointments for managers and offender appointments as requested.
• Prepares offender call/movement passes as requested.
• Collects, sorts and distributes daily mail; monitors office and supply levels.
