STAFF ARCHITECT

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Architect to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and execution of architectural projects, contributing to innovative solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on various architectural projects from conception to completion.
Assist in the creation of design concepts, drawings, and presentations using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members.
Support business development efforts.
Contribute to interior design elements and renovations as needed, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Requirements
Accredited degree in Architecture.
Actively working towards completion of the AXP.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with Bluebeam is a plus.
Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting and scheduling.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
