We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What you’ll do:
  1. Collaborate with systems engineering, software, and configuration management teams to design, implement, and deploy solutions in Archer’s requirements management, MBSE, and ICD tools.
  2. Support the implementation of a configuration management strategy for artifacts managed in Polarion.
  3. Develop code solutions to extend Polarion's testing capabilities and requirements management features, especially for reporting and data analytics.
  4. Enhance Archer’s MBSE methodology for architectural analyses and aircraft integration.
  5. Support configuration management for MBSE artifacts.
  6. Create code solutions to extend modeling capabilities across engineering and airline organizations.
  7. Improve the UI/UX of internal applications using responsive design principles.
  8. Introduce OSLC connectivity between requirements management, MBSE, and other tools.
  9. Coordinate with DevOps to automate build, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
  10. Work with data engineering teams to connect data streams using no-code/low-code platforms.
  11. Perform bug fixing and issue resolution.
  12. Collaborate on software architecture improvements for maintainability and administration.
What you need:
  1. Minimum: Bachelor's in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, Aerospace) or equivalent.
  2. Desired: Master's Degree in Engineering or Sciences.
  3. 4+ years of related experience.
  4. Expertise in Siemens Polarion configuration and administration.
  5. Knowledge of aerospace requirements management solutions.
  6. Experience with VTL and HTML for Polarion dashboards and reports.
  7. Experience customizing Polarion with scripting engines.
  8. Strong experience with MBSE methodologies and modeling.
  9. Familiarity with .NET and C# applications.
  10. Experience with databases, backend development, scripting (Python, JavaScript), and data formats (JSON, XML).
  11. Proficiency with git, agile planning, and effective communication skills.
Bonus qualifications:
  1. Experience with ARP4754A, DO178C, DO254.
  2. Experience with orchestration tools like Jetbrains TeamCity.
  3. Knowledge of BPMN standards, no-code/low-code platforms, data lakes, system administration, and web design tools like ReactJS, Figma, REST APIs.
Additional Information

Salary range: $151,680 - $189,600, based on experience and skills.
