Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to sales staff and customers through in-depth product knowledge. Support design teams with specifications, testing, and datasheet generation. Responsibilities vary but all require strong technical expertise. Tasks include testing new components, supporting sales and marketing teams, and assisting customers with their designs.

Required Experience and Skills

• BS + 8, MS + 6, or PhD + 3 years of experience
• Five years of radio hardware design or testing experience
• Solid understanding of RF circuit theory
• Knowledge of RF system parameters such as noise figure and linearity
• Proficient with RF measurements and equipment
• Familiarity with automation of measurements and data manipulation
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with customers and internal teams

Desired Experience and Skills

• Knowledge of Wi-Fi physical layer, especially the air interface
• Ability to create Python scripts

Compensation and Benefits

The typical base pay range in the U.S. is USD $112,500 - $215,900 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and performance incentives.
