Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Staff AI Observability & Telemetry Engineer to architect the telemetry backbone of our AI-native NeoCloud platform. You will capture and analyze millions of signals per second to support SREs, automated remediation, and external customers, enabling deep visibility into GPU workloads and neural-network traffic.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software or SRE with Prometheus/OpenTelemetry.
• Advanced Go and Kubernetes metric exporters experience.
• Hands-on with eBPF and kernel tracing tools.
• Familiar with AI hardware metrics and high-performance networks.
• proven track record with telemetry stacks at scale.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale high-cardinality telemetry infra for AI workloads.
• Integrate exporters (NVIDIA DCGM, IPMI/Redfish) into Kubernetes observability stack.
• Develop eBPF-based diagnostics for network and kernel latency.
• Create dashboards and alerts for proactive hardware remediation.
• Define real-time, multi-tenant GPU/network usage metrics for billing.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers on telemetry best practices.
• Collaborate with GPU Systems and Scheduling teams on observability standards.
