Micron Technology is seeking a Staff AI Security Engineer to protect AI agents and model-backed services across the full lifecycle. This hands‑on role sits on the Cyber Defense and Resiliency team and drives the technical direction for secure AI estate.

You will build defenses, implement guardrails, and develop automated containment tools, collaborating with governance and AI enablement teams to operationalize solutions at scale.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in security engineering, detection or related fields with software engineering expertise.
• Hands-on experience securing AI and enterprise environments, including AI agents and LLM applications.
• Ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to production with minimal direction.

Aufgaben

• Build and harden security tools that protect AI agents, model-backed services, and infrastructure.
• Operate AI guardrails, including in-line protections and data‑loss prevention.
• Design detection capabilities for agentic threats and automated response tools.
• Enable rapid revocation of compromised agent access and restore known-good state.
