Intuit, Inc. seeks an experienced ML leader to own money movement risk capabilities. You will design, train, validate, and ship models in real time, guiding scientists and engineers who build with you.

This role focuses on real-time authorization, funding, and risk decisioning for payments, with production-grade features, monitoring, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Mountain View-based leadership opportunity.

Competenze

• 8+ years building and deploying ML models in production in fraud/payments or risk.
• MS/PhD or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field.
• Track record of real-time, high-stakes decision models with business impact.
• Expertise in calibration, imbalance, delayed labels, and selection bias.

Mansioni

• Own outcomes, not just models; ship production-ready models tied to loss and approval metrics.
• Address delayed labels and extreme class imbalance with holdouts and counterfactuals.
• Detect fraud patterns with graph/sequence/anomaly methods, and test against attackers.
• Collaborate with ML engineers on real-time features, serving, retraining, and monitoring.
• Transform transaction, account, and network data into reusable features with versioning.
• Set evaluation standards for offline/online testing and adversarial evaluation.
• Lead across risk policy, product, engineering, risk ops, and finance; mentor others.
