Intuit, Inc. invites you to join the Fintech Risk AI/ML Smart Money Services team as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer.

You will be embedded with a vibrant data science team to conceive, code, and deploy models at scale to detect fraud and manage financial risk for Money Movement events. You will develop web services for the AI team, perform feature engineering, build pipelines, and run rigorous A/B tests while communicating results to cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• PhD, MS, or BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on ML engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Python and data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn).
• Experience with REST APIs and scalable web services.
• Strong SQL knowledge and data querying skills.
• Experience deploying ML models at scale on cloud platforms (AWS).

Responsibilities

• In this role you’ll be embedded inside a vibrant team of data scientists.
• You’ll help conceive, code, and deploy data science models at scale using the latest industry tools.
• Help develop and maintain web services for the AI team which orchestrate various ML functions.
• Data wrangling, feature engineering, developing models, and testing metrics.
• Discover data sources, get access, import, clean, and make them machine learning ready.
• Work with data scientists to create features and build pipelines to train and deploy models.
• Partner with data scientists to implement and refine ML algorithms.
• Run regular A/B tests, analyze data, and draw conclusions on model impact.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers, communicating results.
• Explore new tech shifts to connect with customer benefits.
