Verily Health is seeking a senior product leader to own the AI Platform strategy and the Evaluation Harness. You will lead engineers and AI developers across golden datasets, code assertions, and LLM-as-a-judge, balancing clinical risk and user value.

Build scalable tooling to benchmark, monitor, and improve healthcare AI experiences. You will establish a 12‑month product strategy, set milestones, and drive a cross-functional roadmap with stakeholders from clinical, regulatory, and data science

Qualificações

• Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of product management on platform products.
• Hands-on AI Evaluation product experience shipping AI evaluation tooling.
• Deep technical foundation in software engineering, systems engineering, data science, or clinical informatics.
• Strong stakeholder negotiation demonstrating alignment of technical and non-technical leaders.
• Experience owning a multi-tenant, version-controlled platform in a high-growth setting.

Responsabilidades

• Build a platform, not a point solution.
• Develop evaluation tools for AI developers across customers, verticals, and risk levels.
• Center on user value by mapping journeys and driving end-to-end value creation.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists on architecture and AI tradeoffs; scale platform capabilities.
• Align with clinical, regulatory, security, and data science experts to de-risk solutions for business constraints.
• Own AI Evaluation Harness portfolio roadmap across analysis, datasets, and signals; manage stakeholder expectations.
• Define and communicate product strategy and priorities with clear time horizons, while staying hands-on with the scrum team.
