Job summary

Evolent is building a new AI platform from the ground up, and this Sr Product Manager (AI Platform) role leads one platform workstream, collaborating with architects, data scientists, and clinical leaders to shape the product strategy and delivery.

You will define the roadmap, translate business needs into specs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to bring AI capabilities into production while aligning with patient care goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 5-7+ years of product management experience in software, with healthcare tech focus.
• Experience launching complex software products and defining roadmaps.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and API/data integration.
• Experience in regulated environments with PHI/PII is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of your platform workstream from ideation to launch.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to AI platform goals.
• Conduct market research, gather feedback, identify unmet needs.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams.
• Prioritize backlog and ensure timely delivery against dates.
• Develop go-to-market and adoption strategies for internal and client use.
• Monitor metrics and iterate based on performance.
