Job summary

Arctic Wolf is hiring a Staff AI Developer to lead the design and build of next-generation security operations automation platforms. You will shape architecture, mentor engineers, and drive innovation across automation, detection pipelines, and AI-powered workflows.

You will collaborate with threat researchers and data scientists to deliver scalable, secure solutions that improve detection reliability, incident response speed, and operational efficiency across global customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend software development, cloud infrastructure, or security-focused engineering.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Go, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and microservices.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP environments.
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend automation for security ops.
• Build cloud-native services and microservices.
• Develop detection pipelines and incident response automation.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities (LLMs, MCP, agentic frameworks).
• Provide architecture leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Drive automation and platform scalability.
