Arctic Wolf is seeking a Staff AI Developer to lead the design and delivery of AI features powering Arctic Wolf Labs. You’ll work across ML pipelines, generative AI, and agentic systems, delivering production-ready components and driving sound architectural decisions.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product and security teams to ship measurable customer value, mentor engineers, and uphold high standards for code quality, testing, and operational hygiene.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building intelligent systems, distributed platforms, or AI-enhanced applications.
• Production experience with generative AI systems (prompt engineering, evaluation, guardrails).
• Experience with agentic frameworks and LLM integration patterns (e.g., AgentCore, Bedrock, LangGraph).
• Track record of partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Design and build production-grade AI systems and components across ML pipelines, generative AI, and agentic workflows.
• Turn ambiguous problems into working systems unifying heterogeneous data sources using rule-based, probabilistic, and ML approaches.
• Apply security-minded, observable, and scalable AI practices in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).
• Mentor mid-level and early-career engineers, review PRs, and improve code quality and operational hygiene.
