Job summary

Midstream, an AI-native financial operating system for health systems, is hiring for a Member of Technical Staff. You will work across the platform—from data infrastructure and ML to product experience—solving high-impact problems in healthcare finance.

Expect to prototype with customers, then scale capabilities at HQ, and contribute to a secure, compliant platform. Ideal candidates have strong Python/TypeScript skills, experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern data

Qualifications

• Problem solving in ambiguous, high impact problems.
• Strong coding skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Experience building scalable SaaS platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop key components of our multi-tenant SaaS platform including IAM and provisioning.
• Design and implement APIs and data models for healthcare workflows.
• Develop ML platform capabilities and novel ML solutions.
• Build agentic workflows and tools for rapid insight discovery.
• Create intuitive UI experiences for health system users.
• Embed security and compliance considerations (SOC 2, HIPAA).
