Job summary

Midstream, a San Francisco–based AI-native financial operating system, seeks a Solutions Architect to bridge customers with our platform. You will lead technical discovery, craft architecture, and validate integrations in complex healthcare environments.

You will guide executive stakeholders and security teams, design scalable deployment approaches, and help shape product strategy with repeatable patterns and assets to accelerate enterprise adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise AI, machine learning, analytics, or cloud platform deployments.
• Familiarity with modern LLMs, AI agents, evaluation frameworks, RAG, or enterprise AI architecture.
• Experience designing secure cloud-native architectures and integrating enterprise applications via APIs.
• Python experience or prototyping skills for workflows.
• Healthcare or enterprise software familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospective customers and define integration requirements.
• Design enterprise solutions and phased deployment strategies demonstrating value.
• Own technical validation through architecture reviews, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to executives, architects, and security teams.
• Develop AI evaluation frameworks and governance models for deployment.
• Build scalable technical assets: demonstrations, docs, reference architectures, and playbooks.
• Shape the product by identifying recurring patterns and integration opportunities.
