Job summary

Super Micro Computer is seeking a Staff Server Product Manager to drive development and lifecycle management of AI/HPC/enterprise server products, both hardware and software. You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales, and interact with customers to promote and sell top-of-line systems.

This role requires strong technical and communication skills, experience in AI compute, and the ability to drive go-to-market strategies, customer adoption, and partner coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/EE/CE or equivalent.
• 8–15 years of hands-on system/server architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering and validation efforts for new server products.
• Collaborate with CPU/GPU, memory and drives partners for specs and issues.
• Lead product management from concept through launch to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Promote AI compute servers and AI infrastructure for targeted markets and geographies.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and messaging.
• Support sales with training, collateral and technical documentation.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges and requirements.
• Manage critical issues and provide solutions.
