Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering with strong frontend experience.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, APIs, and performance.
• Experience building polished, user-facing products in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Own major areas of the frontend from architecture through implementation and iteration.
• Build polished, highly interactive product experiences used by real customers.
• Work closely with designers and product leaders to turn ambiguous ideas into exceptional user experiences.
• Develop new interaction patterns for AI-powered workflows, agents, and intelligent systems.
• Build reusable frontend architecture and component systems that allow the product to move quickly.
• Work closely with backend and AI engineers to integrate sophisticated AI capabilities into a seamless product experience.
• Think deeply about performance, responsiveness, usability, and developer experience.
• Help establish frontend engineering standards as the company scales.
• Have meaningful input into product direction - not just how something is built, but what should be built in the first place.
