You will craft, test, and refine prompts with domain experts to deliver practical software solutions that address internal and external needs.

The role requires a Master's with 5+ years' experience in AI/ML, strong Python skills, and familiarity with PyTorch, NLP, and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 5+ years' relevant experience.
• PhD in CS/Engineering/Data Science preferred.
• Experience with prompt engineering and tools like GPT/Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch).
• Experience with NLP projects and version control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with domain experts to translate business needs into effective LLM prompts.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts for various use cases with high relevance.
• Integrate LLM solutions with software applications.
• Contribute to scalable prompt-engineering framework for reuse across units.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to improve prompt effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with LLM advancements and influence tool selection.
