Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, AI research, or NLP.
• Proven ability to design, refine, and evaluate prompts for LLMs.
• Experience with structured output design and evaluation methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with intent classification and testing in Python.
• Strong understanding of model behavior and domain-specific contexts.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality prompts using few-shot, chain-of-thought, and structured outputs.
• Iterate prompts to reduce hallucinations and bias while improving reliability.
• Create evaluation benchmarks to measure output quality and adherence to requirements.
• Collaborate with domain experts to encode legal or compliance context into prompts.
• Build testing frameworks to validate model responses across use cases.
• Research emerging prompting strategies to enhance system performance.
