Job summary

TWG Group Holdings, LLC (TWG Global) is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to build agentic AI products for clients. You’ll own features end-to-end—from agent design and orchestration to React UIs and native apps, while evaluating systems to maintain quality as the platform scales.

Expect to move between Spring Boot, Python agent layers, and a React frontend. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and other engineers, and mentor junior teammates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production software at scale.
• Experience building real LLM and agent applications with tool interfaces and multi-step workflows.
• Experience with agent evaluation: offline evals, scoring, and prompt/model/architecture tuning.
• Strong React, including state management and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate agent-based software executing multi-step tasks with tools, memory, and stateful workflows.
• Build and maintain evaluation pipelines for LLM and agent quality with dashboards and tooling.
• Lead development of React frontends with clean component architecture and efficient state handling.
• Design and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and data models in Java (Spring Boot) and Python.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise engineering standards.
