Job summary

TWG Group Holdings, LLC (TWG Global) seeks a Senior Software Engineer to build agentic AI products for clients. You’ll own features end-to-end—from agent design and orchestration through React UIs and native mobile clients—and evaluate systems to keep agent quality high as the platform grows.

You will collaborate with product, design, and other engineers, moving between Spring Boot, Python, and React, while mentoring junior teammates and shaping scalable, multi-tenant architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software at scale.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent applications and orchestration.
• Experience with agent evaluation frameworks like LangGraph, LangSmith, or Inspect.
• Strong React front-end experience and React state management.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Python.
• Relational DB design (PostgreSQL).
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate agent-based software with tools, memory, and stateful workflows.
• Build evaluation pipelines for LLM and agent quality and dashboards.
• Lead development of React frontends with clean architecture and performance focus.
• Design and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and data models in Java and Python.
• Contribute to multi-tenant infrastructure, auth, and async messaging.
• Support iOS features and release management as needed.
• Drive code quality, testing discipline, and engineering standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide design feedback.
