Job summary

TWG Group Holdings, LLC is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build agentic AI products for clients. You’ll own features end-to-end—from agent design to React UIs and native mobile clients—and you’ll evaluate systems to prevent regression as the platform scales.

You will move between Spring Boot, Python, and React in a given week, while evaluating how to measure agent improvements. You’ll mentor junior teammates and collaborate with product, design, and other engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software at scale.
• Hands-on experience with LLM and agent apps, not demos.
• Direct experience with agent evaluation: datasets, offline evals, scoring.
• Strong React with state management and performance.
• Strong Java with Spring Boot, plus Python.
• Relational DB design and distributed systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate agent-based software with multi-step tasks and tools.
• Develop evaluation pipelines for LLM/agent quality and dashboards.
• Lead React frontend development with clean architecture and performance.
• Design and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and data models in Java and Python.
• Contribute to multi-tenant infrastructure, auth, and async messaging.
• Support iOS apps UI, networking, push, and releases.
• Drive code quality, testing discipline, and engineering standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide design feedback.
