Job summary

TWG Group Holdings, LLC (TWG Global) seeks a Senior Engineer, AI Engineering with deep experience across the stack and strong frontend skills (React). You’ll own complex engineering challenges from concept through production, collaborating with product and design to deliver end-to-end AI features.

The role involves designing AI agent-based systems, full-stack web apps, and backend services. Relocation support is available; base pay is $190,000–$200,000 with a bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years creating AI-powered systems with agent-based workflows and tool orchestration (LangGraph/LangChain or similar).
• Strong backend fundamentals: APIs, cloud, CI/CD; React and/or Java a plus.
• Experience with LangGraph/LangChain or equivalent and modern LLM frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI agent-based systems with multi-step tasks.
• Develop full-stack web applications with strong component architecture and performance.
• Build and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and data models.
• Architect scalable systems and contribute to high-level design and planning.
• Drive code quality, testing, and engineering best practices across the team.
• Collaborate to deliver end-to-end product features.
• Mentor junior engineers and support peer learning.
