Job summary

Google is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge AI infrastructure with product teams and advance the Antigravity portfolio. You will design autonomous agentic workflows, scale them for production, and collaborate across engineering and product areas to drive reusable solutions at scale.

As part of the DevAI initiative, you’ll help accelerate Google’s move toward an AI-native stack while delivering high-impact engineering outcomes for multi-team initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.

Responsibilities

• Decompose high-level business ambitions into scalable technical blueprints.
• Design and implement autonomous, agentic workflows to solve complex product area challenges.
• Deliver skills, sub-agents, MCP servers, connectors, agentic wrappers, and safety guardrails for production-grade scalability.
• Serve as a core technical stakeholder for the global Antigravity product team.
• Codify repeatable deployment patterns and re-engineer high-value components across multiple product areas.
