Qualifications

• 8+ years in software or AI engineering with leadership.
• BS in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Proven production AI applications experience.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with governed data products and semantic models.
• Experience on large-scale distributed data platforms.
• Experience with major cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered analytics experiences grounded in trusted data products and domain context.
• Design multi-agent systems, orchestration patterns, supervisor-agent frameworks, and reusable AI services.
• Create natural-language experiences that abstract away schemas, dashboards, or SQL.
• Partner with data product teams to ensure AI capabilities use high-quality datasets.
• Build retrieval, grounding, reasoning, memory, and evaluation patterns for trust and explainability.
• Develop reusable frameworks for domain experts to contribute to BI.
• Leverage telemetry to improve accuracy, usefulness, and adoption.
• Optimize production AI systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
