Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript proficiency.
• Comfort working across product surfaces and system boundaries.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies.
• Experience with agent harnesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build V as the primary agentic interface across Slack, web, and other surfaces.
• Create agent architecture to understand intent, plan work, select tools, recover from failures, and complete long-running tasks.
• Deliver polished experiences with natural language and rich interfaces.
• Develop evaluation, observability, and feedback systems for accuracy and usefulness.
• Define primitives to enable teams to contribute new capabilities consistently.
• Turn learnings into infrastructure benefitting Vercel’s customers.
