Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering or combined ML/software with 5+ years leading projects.
• 5+ years building cloud-native apps in GCP, Azure, or AWS using Angular/Java Spring Boot.
• 3+ years Python with APIs, microservices, Git, and version control.
• 2+ years AI/agentic solution development using LLMs, RAG, and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Develop a vision and implement plans to reach long-term goals, evaluating decisions and issues.
• Break down complex problems into manageable components for analysis.
• Design and implement APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and real-time streaming on Azure or GCP.
• Research emerging technologies to keep solutions current and future-proof.
• Provide technical guidance ensuring clean, scalable code following best practices.
• Architect enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions with MCP, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Design AI platforms using vector databases, semantic search, and token-efficient prompting.
• Define standards for MCP integrations, AISkills, memory management, and workflow automation.
• Lead teams delivering cloud-native AI workloads, improving productivity and outcomes.
• Collaborate across functions to solve complex programs with interlocking technologies.
• Acquire domain knowledge quickly and mentor junior staff.
• Drive execution of technical direction, standards, and methodologies.
