Job summary

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or in ML/software engineering leadership
5+ years in cloud native environments on GCP/Azure/AWS and modern frameworks
3+ years of Python with APIs and microservices knowledge

Responsibilities

Develop vision and implementation plans for end goals with short to long-term perspective
Break down complex problems into manageable components for exploration
Design and implement APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time streaming on Azure/GCP
Lead research on new technologies to keep solutions innovative
Provide technical guidance and ensure scalable, maintainable code
Architect enterprise-scale AI solutions using MCP, RAG, and agent orchestration
Design AI platforms with vector databases, semantic search, and token-efficient prompting
Establish technical standards for MCP integrations and AI workflows
Lead projects and mentor junior staff
