ServiceNow’s AI Experience Framework (AIUX) team is seeking a senior engineer to own full-stack architectural decisions in a modern JavaScript environment. You’ll work across AI integration, performance scale, and multi-team coordination, spanning SSR runtime and the Glide platform integration.

The role emphasizes mentoring, code quality, and delivering scalable user interfaces for AI-first experiences. The position requires a Master’s degree in CS/CE, 3+ years of experience in software

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar field.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and server-side rendering.
• Experience with Node.js and modern UI frameworks like Angular, React, Vue, or Lit.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack architectural decisions in a modern JavaScript/component-driven environment.
• Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and drive development lifecycle.
• Build modular, reusable components to extend and customize functionality.
• Contribute to design and implementation of new products and features.
