Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a Staff Feature Owner to lead development of next‑generation L2++, L3, and L4 ADAS features. You will own end‑to‑end lifecycle, collaborate with perception, mapping, and controls teams, and drive hands‑off/eyes‑off driving transitions with DMS integration.

The role demands 8+ years in ADAS/AD feature development, a strong grasp of SAE levels, and experience with OTA/SiL/HiL validation. A Master’s degree is preferred and relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Required: degree in engineering/CS with 8+ years in ADAS/AD feature development.
• Proven track record bringing ADAS features to production.
• Strong use case definition and ODD requirements engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, prototype, and launch L2++/L3/L4 features across highway and urban autonomy.
• Develop feature roadmaps and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery.
• Support V&V strategy with scenario testing and validation.
