Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Accountant responsible for the Water Sourcing & Treatment segment.
• Coordinate with Business Development for timely revenue accruals and review Water Sales Invoices.
• Reconcile accounting data and field data to verify accuracy.
• Build monthly/weekly reporting tools to provide visibility into TPWR activities for accounting leadership.
• Maintain complete and accurate financial records in GAAP.
• Prepare journal entries, GL reconciliations, and check requests.
• Investigate discrepancies and maintain confidentiality across the organization.
• Assist in audits and compile supporting documents as needed.
• Review deposits related to Water Sales Invoices.
