Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• +3 years of GL accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist book closing and prepare accurate financial reports in a timely manner.
• Assist bank reconciliations in a timely manner.
• Train and assist with purchase order/inventory system.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Support annual external audit preparations and HQ internal audit.
• Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by the manager and management.
• Teamwork: understand the team members’ work and help to meet department goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines.
