Job summary

Venator Resources LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant in Fort Worth, TX to support treasury, cash management, and general ledger functions. You will assist with month-end close, prepare tax workpapers, and maintain documentation for management, auditors, and banks.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple entities. Collaboration with the Controller and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Two+ years of relevant accounting experience preferred, including treasury, cash management, GL, and tax workpapers.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support treasury and cash management activities.
• Post and reconcile general ledger entries and close activities.
• Prepare tax workpapers and supporting schedules for filings.
• Maintain bank accounts, treasury schedules, and audit trails.
• Coordinate with departments and external advisors for reporting and compliance.
