Generations LLC in Clackamas, Oregon invites a Staff Accountant to manage timely accounts payable processing and the preparation of financial statements. This cross-functional role supports the Business Office Coordinators, Senior Accountant, and Controller while upholding Generations’ mission, values, and commitment to seniors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance, or 3 years of related experience.
• Senior living or health care experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting best practices.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Responsabilités

• Process accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Provide customer service support to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Controller on financial reporting.
• Uphold company mission, vision and values.
