Job summary

WCCTV is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team in Richardson, TX. The role supports daily accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting to maintain accurate records and efficient operations.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Inventory, and Service teams to manage equipment sales, rental contracts, and recurring revenue while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CPA-track candidates are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for monthly and year-end close.
• Maintain general ledger records and documentation.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Research discrepancies and reconciling items.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Ensure transactions follow U.S. GAAP and accounting policies.
• Support management reporting and financial analysis.
• Assist with revenue, inventory, and cost accounting as needed.
