Job summary

ATCO STRUCTURES AND LOGISTICS (USA) INC. in Spring, TX is seeking a Staff Accountant to support month-end close, GL maintenance, reconciliations and financial reporting under the Senior Accountant.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls and sales tax compliance, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and process improvement. A Bachelor’s in accounting and 2+ years of accounting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting principles and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Expert level of fluency with Excel.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud and Smart View Reporting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; minimum 2 years accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IFRS/compliant accounting policies and timely month-end close.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations with supporting documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Contribute to internal/external audits and sales tax compliance.
• Assist with cash, fixed assets, project and intercompany accounting.
