Responsibilities

• Coordinate AP tasks throughout the month and during month-end closing to ensure invoices, expenses, and accruals are accurately recorded in the correct accounting period.
• Identify, investigate, and record bill payments and other AP-related bank transactions, ensuring proper reconciliation.
• Follow up with the AP team and other departments on pending items to meet month-end deadlines.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly intercompany transactions and balances across subsidiaries.
• Prepare and record intercompany billing transactions, ensuring accurate revenue and expense recognition.
• Perform daily credit card reconciliations, ensuring transactions and deposits are matched to the general ledger.
• Review and reconcile inventories across the resort, ensuring accurate balances and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary accounting information.
