Reunion Resort & Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations, maintain general ledger records, and perform account reconciliations. Responsibilities include AP, intercompany activities, credit card reconciliations, and month-end close across resort entities.

The role requires strong Excel and NetSuite skills, PCI compliance awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Experience with accounts payable and intercompany transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as NetSuite.
• Awareness of PCI compliance and data confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate AP tasks throughout the month and during month-end close.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly intercompany transactions and balances across subsidiaries.
• Perform daily credit card reconciliations, ensuring ledger accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between PMS transactions and settlements.
• Record and reconcile payments from PMS to the ERP system.
• Assist with daily operations and monthly/year-end close activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary accounting information.
