Qualifications

• Stress-test the annual budget against three builder-led demand scenarios.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through detailed spend analysis.
• Track every finance expense back to a source document.
• Streamline month-end close to reduce reporting turnaround time.
• Partner with department heads to track spending against approved budgets.
• Oversee accounts reconciliation across multiple entities and currencies.
• Dig into the why beyond typical reporting for deeper insights.
• Run the cost-accounting layer beneath every finance product line.
