Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking an accounting professional to support the Enterprise Service Center, focusing on general accounting, expenses, and balance sheet activities. You will ensure tools and processes run smoothly, participate in internal controls, and support cash, AP, prepaid expenses, and other records.

The role requires 2–3 years in R2R within a shared services setting, with Oracle Cloud Finance proficiency and strong Excel/PowerBI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of Record-to-Report and accounting experience in a Shared Services environment.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Finance (OCF) suite and MS Office; PowerBI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review dashboards to analyze variances month over month and budget/forecast.
• Support Operations/Fields Managers with accounts payable, prepaid expenses, commissions, and analyses.
• Prepare reconciliations for cash, bank, AP, prepaid expenses, and other expense accounts.
• Support documentation for management, external reporting, auditors, and SOX.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain R2R process flow and accountability.
• Assist month-end and year-end close with accruals and adjustments.
• Drive process improvements across R2R, and cross-train teams.
