Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage automated reconciliation of cash and credit card receipts to point-of-sale receipts.
• Reconcile ACH payments against system transactions and record fees via journal entries.
• Record biweekly payroll and month-end accruals.
• Update balance sheet reconciliations and roll-forwards for accurate cash reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to address financial inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
